    Items made and available in both chrome steel (HWS) and in high-speed steel (HSS).

    Tensile strength: 110-120 kg/mm2

    All batches are controlled internally with a tensile testing machine and we can provide the related test reports. We produce also the Ø 5,0 and lengths up to 200 mm.

  • Shoulder screws with ground spacer

    Screw: quality 12.9 UNI 5931
    Grinding tolerance: “h7”
    Tube:heat-treated and ground

    An excellent alternative to the shoulder screw ISO 7379, these screws offer a greater resistance to the "breaking point" between the thread and the shaft.

  • Shoulder screws with ground spacer type S

    Screw: quality 10.9 UNI 5933
    Grinding tolerance: “h7”
    Tube: heat-treated and ground

    A good alternative to the screws with spacer, when there is limited space in the mold for the head of the screw.

  • Die springs ISO 10243

    Springs manufactured by PSE in Italy with a high technological component, at prices that, however, always remain competitive.
    Springs with rectangular section, normalized, easy to identify and with a high availability from stock.

    Item designed for guiding the elastomer springs with a wide choice of diameters and lengths always available in stock.

    We have from stock the hollow bars by 82Sh, 90Sh, 92Sh e 94Sh. On request we could also supply solid bars, push rods and special parts according to drawing.

    Matrices with starter hole and with counter-bore relief.

  • Punches DIN 9861 form da and ejectors DIN 1530

    Material: WS, HWS and HSS
    Tolerances: punches in “h6” and ejectors in “g6”

    Punches with conical head, form DA, available by length 71, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200 and 250 mm.

  • Conical interlock

    Material: 16 Cr Ni 4
    Heat Treatment: cementing + tempering
    Hardness: Hrc 60 ±2

    We produce this item in order to ensure the interchangeability of parts for every production batch; available in both the European and national versions with longer lengths.

  • Daters and recycling labels

    Material: daters made in steel 1.2343 recycling labels made in steel 1.2083
    Hardness: Hrc 50 ±2

    We make this item with special steel and with heat treatments that allow the use of our daters at high temperatures. Completely made in our workshop, the engraving is made by a laser machine.

  • Centering rings

    Material: C45
    Finishing: tornitura
    Tolerance dimension L: ± 0,05 mm

    Available with heights by 10 and 20 mm, then, we also produce semifinished centering rings with a cylindrical hole and with height 25 mm.

  • Injection bushes

    Material: 38 NCD4
    Finishing: 5% bored and lapped conical hole
    Tolerance: d H6
    Hardness: if not hardened HRC 27/32 – if hardened HRC 40/44

    All our bushes are fully ground on centers; available in the "non-hardened" and "hardened" versions and with the alternative for the hole by Ø3 or Ø4 mm.

  • Stop pins and table bank

    Material: 16 CR NI 4
    Heat Treatment: cementing + tempering
    Hardness: Hrc 60 ±2

  • Dowel pins DIN 6325 and DIN 7979

    Material: Steel with a tensile strength of min. 600 N/mm2
    Hardness: Hrc 60 ±2

    We have a wide availability in stock for both the versions with the grinding tolerance in “m6” and in “h6”.

  • Ball plungers

    Wide availability in stock for the version for the screw driver either with the inserted hexagon, made in steel 5.8 (burnished) and also in stainless steel.

  • Conical plugs type BSPT and DIN 906

    We can offer and supply the conical plugs from stock, we handle both the BSPT and DIN 906 types, the DIN 906 can be supplied in steel 5.8 or in brass too.

  • Air valves type A and B

    Material: stainless steel AISI 420
    Hardness: Hrc 50-55

    Fully ground and with self-locking nut
